WebRE: the 3 way switch, I have an Inovelli NZW30T in a 3 way setup and an Inovelli NZW30 in a 4 way setup. Both have worked for a couple years without fail. The NZW30T is scene capable and controls 6 smart can lights, so it's great for changing which combination of lights are on without using an app. Again I think both make great products.

From reading here, older model GE devices seem to have issues after a couple of years of use. The Zooz ZEN27 and ZEN26 will work with your existing dumb switches without rewiring for 3-ways.
