I think a better question is why would you want to get a 4.0? It doesn’t help unless you’re doing something really competitive like going to Hopkins Med or Yale Law. WebIve heard many things like that Duke premed is hard and that I may be better off at another school like Harvard or Yale, but at least from what I've seen, Duke is a really nice place, so I wanted to see on the subreddit what people had to say about how competitive Duke is for premed and how well it prepared them for medical school. 10
