WebOn our first evening in Longyearbyen we went to Nansen. This was from start to finish a success. The Dining Room is very elegant with a nice view towards the Fjord. The food was just outstanding. We had a venison tartar and cod as starter. The tartar was amazing. I didn't have a lot of venison tartar's before but this was simply the best.
